Abstract: High-Throughput protein expression screening purifications The use of recombinant proteins has increased greatly in recent years & using a tagged protein to facilitate purification & detection are now widely recognized. In this seminar, we would like to introduce a HTPD (High-Throughput Process Development) concept that allows parallel screening of chromatographic conditions for recombinant protein purifications. Then the purification process can be scaled-up to obtain large amounts of the target protein for downstream applications such as functional & structural studies. |
