CGS uses YAMATO delivery for on-site sample collection for local non-HKU academic users.

To arrange sample pick up, fill in pick-up request at https://hk.ta-q-bin.com/eng/req_pickup.aspx or call YAMATO hotline (Tel: 2829-2222).

Size of package should be less than 60 cm (total length + width + height).

Fill in receiver’s name and address on the “Charge to Receiver” waybill as below.

Fill in other essential information on the waybill clearly. Press hard to ensure writings go through to copy below.

Seal the strip/plate with strip caps.

Pack the samples in the “Ta-Q-Bin”.

Pass the “Ta-Q-Bin” to the pick-up person.
