Bio-Plex Self Service Request Form

1. The service charge is used to cover the preventive maintenance provided by instrument vendor.
2. To ensure optimal performance, the instrument needs to be calibrated daily & validated monthly, in which additional reagents are needed and would be provided by users. Users are also to provide their own shealth fluid for the run. We may help to coordinate sharing if multiple runs from different groups overlap within a month.
3. A brief tutorial on instrument operation will be provided to new users.
4. We may provide the shaker for sample plate shaking before loading onto the Bio-Plex instrument.
